The residence style guest rooms and suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows, providing views of Pike Place Market, Puget Sound, and the Olympic Mountains. Furniture has mid-century inspired style, hardwood floors provide warmth, and king beds have custom 400-thread-count SFERRA linens. There are custom honor bars curated by chef Josh Henderson with local and regional favorites. Bathrooms have state-of-the-art rain showers, exclusive DS&DURGA bath amenities, and oversized Thompson signature robes.

Scout, the hotel's signature restaurant, offers Pacific Northwestern cuisine by award-winning chef Josh Henderson. Created to be a gathering place, the day-to-night restaurant serves locally-sourced products and crafted cocktails. Along with Nest, a rooftop bar and outdoor living room overlooking Pike's Place Market and the Puget Sound.

There's also 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event and meeting space for business gatherings, weddings, and receptions, with onsite catering provided by Josh Henderson of Huxley Wallace Collective.
