Borgo dei Conti Resort

Borgo de Conti's accommodations are divided into four different types and located within the historic village's Villa and Colonica structures. Classic Rooms have bathrooms with showers and views of the courtyard or countryside, while Superior Double Rooms have showers and bathtubs with countryside, poolside, or park views. Junior Suites feature larger spaces, including some spread amongst multiple levels with courtyard or garden settings. The largest accommodations are the Suites with living rooms, sleeping areas, terraces or balconies, large bathrooms with tubs and showers, and the Conte Suite has a coffered ceiling and original frescoes.

For dining, Restaurant La Limonaia overlooks the former lemon grove of the Rossi Scotti Counts. Serving traditional dishes of the Umbria-Tuscany area, the chef-created cuisine is available with an extensive selection of fine wines. There's also light lunches served at the pool bar.

There are two outdoor pools with views of picturesque countryside, as well as a wellness area with a fitness center, saunas, indoor Jacuzzis, and steam baths. In addition, guests have access to tennis courts, jogging paths through the park, and eco-tours to nearby vineyards and olive groves.
