Chatham Bars Inn

The Chatham Bars Inn Resort and Spa is an oceanfront luxury resort in Cape Cod. Recently renovated, the property combines old world styling with modern amenities including a spa, Lexus Drive Program, tennis, charter sailing, outdoor pool, and a quarter-mile private beach.

Built in 1914, the historic Main Inn sets atop a bluff overlooking Pleasant Bay and the open Atlantic Ocean. The Cottage Rooms and Suites provide additional privacy and unspoiled Cape Cod views. Guest rooms and suites retain historical charm, while incorporating modern luxuries and upscale amenities such as Bose Wave radios, Nespresso coffeemakers, flat-screen TVs, L'Occitane bath products, and high-end linens.

For dining, the historic resort offers four restaurants, along with an 8-acre farm and two greenhouses where vegetables, berries, and seasonal produce is grown and served at the hotel. For fine dining, STARS offers farm-to-fork cuisine, prime Midwestern steaks, ocean views and an extensive wine list. The Sacred Cod serves classic Pub fare, and the Veranda offers an American menu in the Main Inn. For beachfront summer dining, The Beach House offers classic New England Clambakes and theme nights during warmer months.

The Spa at Chatham Bars offers a variety of massages, facials and body treatments. Guests can choose from oversized treatment rooms with private showers, a Vichy Shower, and hydrotherapy tub, or spa suites with saunas, steam showers, oversized hydrotherapy tubs, and massage tables. There's also an adults-only relaxation pool and Japanese Zen Gardens.

Set along a private quarter-mile beach with lounge chairs and cabanas, guests can lounge on the beach, go for nature walks, canoe, kayak, or paddle board. There is an oceanfront heated outdoor pool with private cabanas and chaise lounges, plus poolside food and beverage service. There's also a private shuttle to Cape Cod National Seashore, Lexus Drive Progam, tennis courts, fitness center, harbor cruises, whale watching, charter sailing, boating, and watersports.
