It is a sustainable project developed from a renovated factory warehouse. The interiors are made with 100% locally sourced and recycled materials.

URBN hotel has joined forces with the Australian Restaurateur, David Laris, to create a brand new line-up of dining and drinking venues – “Downstairs with David Laris”. The restaurant offers organic, sustainable, farm-fresh cuisine which keeps in line with URBN hotels’ core beliefs of carbon-neutrality and sustainability.
